Workshops
Below are examples of the group workshops we offer on a telehealth HIPPA compliant platform. Each workshop group meets once a week live online, usually in the evening, and runs for 6 to 8 weeks. Some insurance plans are accepted. Please click here to check if your insurance is offered. If you choose to private pay (no insurance) the rate is $65 per week or $380 for the entire workshop.
Divorce & Separation
A resource focused on issues of divorce and separation. Closed workshop group (no late admission, everyone starts and finishes all 6 weeks together).
Maintaining Sobriety
A resource focused on maintaining sobriety and issues related to substance use. Closed workshop group (no late admission, everyone starts and finishes all 6 weeks together).
Family Issues
A resource focused on issues related to family dynamics, including parenting, no-contact issues, adult children absent parents and more. Closed workshop group (no late admission, everyone starts and finishes all 6 weeks together).
Healthy Relationships
A resource focused on issues related to healing and maintaining healthy intimate relationships. Closed workshop group (no late admission, everyone starts and finishes all 6 weeks together).
Anger and Emotional Intelligence
A resource focused on issues related to anger and developing emotional intelligence. Closed workshop group (no late admission, everyone starts and finishes all 6 weeks together).
New Dads
A resource focused on men's issues related to becoming a new parent or guardian. Closed workshop group (no late admission, men start and finish all 6 weeks together).
